Aims
of the Alliance
The Alliance is a framework for
collaboration with a mission to enhance the public relations profession
and its practitioners throughout the world.
It aims to provide a forum to:
- share ideas and best practice
- seek common interests and standards
- provide a better understanding of the
unique
aspects of each culture in which practitioners operate.
And offer
access to information regarding:
- regional or international conferences
and seminars
- case studies
- awards programs
- benchmarking research
- networking opportunities for
professionals
And will serve
as a vehicle for examining:
- ethical standards
- universal accreditation options
- other initiatives to strengthen the
profession around the world

All initiatives for the Alliance will be
supported through external fund raising efforts that solicit donations,
grants, sponsorships, usage fees, and other funding possibilities. Only
those individuals who are interested in the Alliance and its activities
will ever need to support its existence.
